9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
9.1 Damaged Products
Products that arrived to the customer in damaged condition can be returned within 45 days upon receipt. In order to be eligible to return a damaged product back for a full refund, the customer must report the arrival of damaged products as soon as possible upon delivery, and include at least 5 clear photos documenting the damage to the product.
9.2 Quality Issues
Contact us immediately, upon delivery or receiving the product, if you experience quality issues with the product you have purchased from our website (trumpvodka.net).
9.3 Full Return and Refund Policy for Sealed Unopened Products
We offer an expedited Return Policy for our customers. Any purchase that was made through our website (trumpvodka.net) can be returned back to us within an extended period of 45 days upon delivery to the customer, if the product is returned to us unused, unopened, sealed and in its original condition. Any return that meets these conditions will be accepted in exchange for a full refund given back to the customer through the original means of payment that was used by the customer upon purchase.
9.4 No Returns for Used Products Due to Change of Mind
Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol products for change of mind if the products were opened, unsealed, used and are not in their original conditions. Please note that our Return Policy covers the return of products that are either in their original condition or products that were damaged or defected during manufacture or during their shipping and delivery.
9.5 Exchanges and Replacements
As part of our return policy, we offer exchanges and replacements alongside our refund policy. The customer is invited to choose an exchange or a replacement for damaged goods for eligible returns, instead of being given a full refund. We offer to exchange eligible returns with a product of the same model, or with a product of the same monetary value, as per the choice of the customer.
9.6 Time Periods
Products can be returned back to us in their original new condition within 45 days upon the day of successful delivery to the customer. A refund will be issued to the same means of payment that was used by the customer, within up to 2 business days upon the eligible returned product being delivered back to us.
