1. Full Return and Refund Policy for Sealed Unopened Products
We offer an expedited Return Policy for our customers. Any eligible purchase that was made through our website (trumpvodka.net) can be returned back to us within an extended period of 45 days upon delivery to the customer, if the product is returned to us unused, unopened, sealed and in its original condition. Any return that meets these conditions will be accepted in exchange for a full refund given back to the customer through the original means of payment that was used by the customer upon purchase.
2. Damaged Products
Any eligible products that were purchased from our website (trumpvodka.net), and arrived to the customer in a damaged condition (either because the products were damaged or defected during manufacture, or because the products were damaged during their shipping and delivery) - can be returned back to us within 45 days upon receipt, in return for a full refund for the cost of the product, or in return for a replacement as detailed under section 5 of these terms. In order to be eligible to return an eligible damaged product back to us, in return for a full refund or a replacement, the customer must report the arrival of the products in a damaged condition as soon as possible upon delivery, and no later than within 3 business days upon delivery date, and include at least 5 clear photos documenting the damage to the product.
3. Quality Issues
Contact us immediately, upon delivery or receiving the product, if you experience quality issues with the product you have purchased from our website (trumpvodka.net).
4. No Returns for Opened, Unsealed or Used Products
Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol products if the products were opened, unsealed, used and are not in their original conditions. Please note that our Return Policy covers the return of eligible products that were purchased from our website (trumpvodka.net), and that are either in their original condition, or products that were damaged or defected during manufacture or during their shipping and delivery.
5. Exchanges and Replacements
As part of our Return Policy, we offer exchanges and replacements alongside our refund policy. The customer is invited to choose an exchange or a replacement for returning damaged goods back to us, for eligible returns, instead of being given a full refund. We can offer to exchange eligible returns with a product of the same model, or with a product of the same monetary value - as per the choice of the customer.
6. Time Periods
Products can be returned back to us in their original new condition within 45 days upon the day of successful delivery of the products to the customer. A refund will be issued to the customer using the same means of payment that were used by the customer, within up to 2 business days upon the eligible returned product being delivered back to us.
7. Choosing the Return Shipping Service
Issuing the Return Label for shipping the returned products back to us is within the Customer's responsibility. We require the Customer to choose a reliable shipping service for shipping the returned products back to us, which offers traceable delivery using a tracking number, and an insurance to cover the costs of the returned products as well as the delivery fees in the case of loss or damage to the returned products during the shipping of the products back to us. We advice our Customers to choose a reputable shipping service for these purposes, such as FedEx, UPS, EMS or DHL. Choosing one of these reputable services for shipping the returned products back to us may allow for a safer and faster delivery of the returned products back to us - which in turn may allow us to receive the returned item back to us faster, and thus issuing the refund, exchange or replacement to the Customer faster, under the terms of this Return Policy.
8. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees from our Customers for eligible returns that were shipped back to us under the terms of this Return Policy.
